 Coaching methods

Sounds great….. But how do we make it happen?

The key question where coaching is concerned is: Why do we behave the way we do? And: How do we incorporate our own desires and beliefs into the realities of the world around us without forcing ourselves into difficult situations?
The essence of coaching is to gain a new perspective into behavioural patterns and what the consequences of this behaviour have been in the past. We then use this newfound perspective to adjust future behaviour accordingly.

During each coaching programme we will explore what kind of behaviour is most effective for different situations and thus learn to make conscious choices as to how to react under different circumstances. The coach’s role is to give positive and critical feedback, thus helping the participant to reflect on his or her instinctive behaviour and reactions.

Each coaching course is designed to fit each individual client and situation.
The participant provides any materials and tools used in the program as practical examples.
During the course the coach will use coaching methods, tests and theories designed for each individual participants situation.
