"The difference between involvement and commitment is like an egg-and-ham breakfast: the chicken was involved the pig was committed."

 Training methods

Sounds great….. But how do we make it happen?

At Mensen Trainen & Coachen we believe our job is not to tell participants what to do or how to behave. We are merely there to help them gain an insight into their own behaviour and the possibilities to develop their full potential. We achieve this by asking the right questions at the right time and having the trainees participate in practice-oriented exercises. Using this approach the trainer will, if necessary, confront participants with their behavioural patterns and help them reflect on their actions. This in turn helps the participants to discover their own strengths and weaknesses. It is from these insights that they themselves can initiate a positive change without feeling that it has been forced upon them by the organisation. Through this process the participants will gain a new sense of leadership and responsibility, ultimately improving their performance within the organisation.

To accomplish these goals it is essential to create an open and safe environment.
The only way to create such an environment is through mutual respect.
